Dilemma again

I chose Julie as the tutor to oversee my project, though I havent been able to meet, which has become a problem, Ill try and arrange another meeting, but Ill also email the areas that I see a problem with and also areas noted by vicky, so even we can't meet straight away at least I can get some feedback.

How to prepare for scoping sponsors.
What do I need to show to illustrate the need for my project.
Making up for the lack of early user testing - a php questionnaire- but what else can I do.
